The invention discloses a preparation method of a high-wear-resistance aluminum oxide composite ceramic. The method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing 74-99.3% of Al2O3, 0.2-25% of calcium, magnesium and silicon compound or mineral and 0.001-15% of rare-earth erbium compound or mineral; (2) uniformly mixing by ball milling or ball-tube mill grinding; (3) drying; (4) preparing a billet by roll forming, isostatic compaction, axle roll forming or plastic molding; and (5) sintering the obtained billet at 1250-1750 DEG C, keeping the temperature for 0.1-5 hours, and cooling to room temperature to obtain the high-wear-resistance aluminum oxide composite ceramic. The material has the advantages of effectively enhanced wear resistance, simple production technique and lower facility request, and has application prospects.
