Mineral brush wood-plastic composite material, preparation method and applications thereof
The invention provides a mineral brush wood-plastic composite material, a preparation method and applications thereof. The composite material comprises a base material and brush wood powder; wherein the base material comprises polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin and light calcium carbonate with a particle size of 200 to 1800 meshes according to a weight ratio of 1:2.5-3.5, and the brush wood powder accounts for 5 to 16% of the total weight of base material. Due to the reasonable formula, the provided composite material has high size stability and thermal conductivity. Moreover, the composite has a good water resistant property and high strength, and the released formaldehyde amount is low. The experiment results show that the thermal conductivity of the composite material is 12 to 20 W/(m*DEG C), the static bending intensity is 30 to 45 MPa, the elastic modulus is 5500 to 8000 MPa, and the released formaldehyde amount is 0.1 to 0.4 mg/L.
