Preparation method of wood-plastic composite material
The invention relates to a preparation method of a wood-plastic composite material, belonging to the technical field of high polymer materials. The method comprises the steps of firstly stirring and mixing anaerobic activated sludge and polystyrene granules, aerating, sieving and flushing by using water, thus obtaining softened polystyrene granules, then submerging wood smashed into particles by using water, scattering corn flour, adjusting pH by using hydrochloric acid, then introducing a mixed enzyme, adding ethyl acetate, heating, cooling, filtering, smashing filter residues to obtain wood fiber, and finally mixing and placing the wood fiber, the softened polystyrene granules, a lubricant and other substances into a high-speed mixer, a pelletizer and an injection molding machine for sizing. The preparation method of the wood-plastic composite material has the beneficial effects of greatly increasing the content of the wood fiber in the wood-plastic composite material, enhancing the combination tightness between the wood fiber and plastic, improving the woodiness feeling of the wood-plastic composite material, and lowering the production cost.
