Environment-friendly polychrome stone coating and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an environment-friendly polychrome stone coating and a preparation method thereof. The environment-friendly polychrome stone coating consisting of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-45 parts of montmorillonite, 5-15 parts of tetraethyl orthosilicate, 1-5 parts of pigment, 28-45 parts of thermosetting acrylic resin and 1-5 parts of hexadecyl sulfopropyl betaine. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding water of which the mass is 8-10 times that of the montmorillonite into the montmorillonite, then performing ultrasonic processing to prepare a montmorillonite precursor; putting the tetraethyl orthosilicate into the montmorillonite precursor, and performing sealed stirring for 30-60 minutes at 70-80 DEG C; then irradiating for 10-20 minutes under an infrared lamp to prepare a pretreated montmorillonite solution; and sequentially adding the pigment, the thermosetting acrylic resin and the hexadecyl sulfopropyl betaine into the pretreated montmorillonite solution, performing sealed stirring for 1-2 hours at 45-50 DEG C, and cooling to room temperature to obtain the environment-friendly polychrome stone coating. The environment-friendly polychrome stone coating disclosed by the invention has all properties of a high-grade building coating, and has the characteristics of extremely strong water resistance, alkali resistance, crack resistance and environment-friendliness, as well as weathering resistance and adhesive property.
