The invention relates to the field of stone-like coating preparation, and particularly relates to an environment-friendly stone-like coating and a preparation method and preparation system thereof. The method comprises the following steps that S1, natural stone is laid on the upper side of an iron net, a motor I rotates to drive a rotating roller and a plurality of crushing edges to rotate, two vertical frames slide left and right on a rectangular frame, and the crushed natural stone leaks from the iron net; S2, gravel is continuously crushed and falls down, and meanwhile, the gravel is laid on the upper side of an arc-shaped plate by a sweeping plate; S3, pure acrylic emulsion is introduced into a spraying box through a hose at a liquid inlet pipe, and the pure acrylic emulsion is continuously sprayed on the spread gravel by a plurality of spraying holes which swing left and right; S4, a plurality of groove pressing rods are driven to press on a gravel layer laid on the arc-shaped plate, and more long grooves are pressed on the gravel layer; and S5, a bottom cover is opened, so that the gravel mixed with the pure acrylic emulsion is discharged and falls on a bottom box. The stone-like coating is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20 parts of pure acrylic emulsion, 50 parts of marble, 3 parts of thickening agent and 1 part of plasticizer.
本发明涉及真石漆制备领域，更具体的说是一种环保型真石漆及其制备方法与制备系统。方法包括以下步骤：S1：将天然石平铺在铁网的上侧，电机I转动时带动转动辊和多个破碎棱转动，两个竖架均在矩形框上左右滑动，碎裂后的天然石从铁网漏下；S2：砂石在不断破碎落下的同时还会被扫板铺在弧形板的上侧；S3：在进液管处通过软管向喷箱内接入纯丙乳液，纯丙乳液不断被左右摆动的的多个喷孔喷在摊开的砂石上；S4：带动多个压槽杆压在铺在弧形板上的砂石层上，在砂石层上压出更多的长形的槽；S5：底盖打开，使得与纯丙乳液混合的砂石出料落在底盒上。真石漆由以下份数重量的原料组成：纯丙乳液20份、大理石50份、增稠剂3份、增塑剂1份。
