The invention relates to a high-strength fireproof plate. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing 30-40 parts of polyvinyl alcohol and 100-140 parts of water so as to prepare glue, adding the glue into a high speed shearing machine, adding 5-10 parts of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, 3-6 parts of aluminum-magnesium silicate, 3-5 parts of an organosilicon leveling agent, 70-95 parts of sulfate aluminum cement and 2-3 parts of an amino-alcohol corrosion inhibitor for shearing and stirring at a high speed, wherein the shearing speed is 6000-8000 revolutions per minute, and the shearing time is 5-10 minutes; transferring into a high-speed stirrer, adding 0.5-2 parts of a high-aluminum cement foaming agent, wherein the stirring rotation speed is 1000-1500 revolutions per minute, and the stirring time is 10-15 minutes; and finally, adding 20-30 parts of PVA staple fibers for stirring, wherein the stirring rotation speed is 800-1000 revolutions per minute, and the stirring time is 5-10 minutes, discharging into a mold, squarely accumulating a 10dm<3> wire cage in the mold, standing, curing and molding in the mold, taking out the wire cage, drying until the moisture content is 12 percent, thereby obtaining the product.
