The invention discloses a fine surface processing method for a single-layer paved bituminous pavement, belonging to the related field of maintenance and repairing of bituminous pavements. The processing method comprises the steps of uniformly mixing all components of epoxy bitumen binding materials, uniformly spraying the mixed components to the bituminous pavement according to a certain pressure, and uniformly scattering a layer of fine sand synchronously to form a waterproof anti-skidding protection layer. According to the method, the old bituminous pavement can be repaired rapidly, and the anti-skidding capability and pavement appearance can be improved.
