The invention relates to a quick-paving double-layer composite pavement slab and a use method thereof, and the quick-paving double-layer composite pavement slab comprises a lower layer slab, an upper layer slab, a positioning plate, a positioning pin and a fixing pin. The use method comprises the following steps of: connecting the positioning plate and every three adjacent lower-layer plates together by using the positioning pins; the lower layer plate is laid; positioning plates and positioning pins at the middle positions of the laid lower-layer plates are removed firstly, all the upper-layer plates need to be evenly distributed on the three lower-layer plates, namely staggered joint lap joint is achieved, and fixing pins are inserted into embedded sleeves, aligned with the lower-layer plates, of the upper-layer plates; the positioning plate and the positioning pin which interfere with the second upper-layer plate continue to be removed, and the second upper-layer plate is laid; and according to the method, a third upper-layer plate and the like are laid in sequence until the upper-layer plate is laid. The method is high in material utilization rate, low in manufacturing cost, light in weight, capable of being assembled quickly, low in requirement for foundation bearing capacity, easy to manufacture, beneficial to large-scale popularization, convenient to build and maintain, high in bearing capacity and good in overall performance after assembly.
