Anti-scattering drainage type thin-layer paved pavement structure and pavement method thereof
The invention discloses an anti-scattering drainage type thin-layer paved pavement structure. The thin-layer pavement structure is composed of a drainage asphalt mixture surface layer and a bonding layer. A pavement method of an anti-scattering drainage type thin-layer paved pavement structure comprises the following steps: S01, carrying out surface finish milling on an old asphalt pavement to roughen the surface of the old asphalt pavement; S02, spreading emulsified asphalt adhesive layer oil, and carrying out mechanical construction of the bonding layer; S03, carrying out upper drainage asphalt mixture surface layer construction; and S04, lowering the surface temperature to about 50 DEG C. By the adoption of the anti-scattering drainage type thin-layer paved pavement structure, the surface skid resistance of an original asphalt pavement can be remarkably improved; besides, the bonding layer prepared from waterborne epoxy emulsified asphalt has the characteristics of strong bonding force and good water sealing effect, and can be used for effectively connecting the drainage asphalt mixture surface layer with the old pavement, so that the overall stability is better, the diseases offlying, falling and the like of the mixture on the lower surface layer of the high-speed travelling crane are avoided, and the overlay performance is better.
本发明专利公开了一种抗飞散排水型薄层铺装路面结构,所述薄层铺装路面结构由排水性沥青混合料面层和粘结层组成。抗飞散排水型薄层铺装路面结构的铺装方法,S01、对旧沥青路面实施表面精铣刨,使其表面粗糙化;S02、撒布乳化沥青粘层油,并实施粘结层机械化施工;S03、开展上部排水性沥青混合料面层施工;S04、表温度降至50℃左右。采用本发明的抗飞散排水型薄层铺装路面结构,可显著改善原沥青路面的表面抗滑性能;另外,采用水性环氧乳化沥青制备的粘结层,具有粘结力强、封水效果好的特点,可有效衔接排水性沥青混合料面层与旧路面,使其整体稳定性更好,避免高速行车下面层混合料出现飞散和脱落等病害,罩面性能更好。
