A wall stone dry hanging method comprises the steps that steel channels are vertically arranged, buffering pads are arranged between the side faces of the steel channels and a wall and fixed to the wall through expansion screws, and single H-shaped steel frames are transversely arranged from a wall corner to be welded and fixed to the other side faces of the steel channels; in the installation process, positions where stone plates are placed are coated with dry hanging glue, and each stone plate is put into a gap, between the opposite upper edge and lower edge of every two H-shaped steel frames, in the heads of every two H-shaped steel frames; for the wall corner, vertical braces and the lower edges of the H-shaped steel frames are cut into a certain angle for upper edge involution; when the wall corner is in butt joint with the H-shaped steel frames and the stone plates at the end of installation, installation is carried out after the upper edges of the heads of the H-shaped steel frames are removed by a section, the stone plates are directly bonded to the vertical braces and the lower edges of the H-shaped steel plates for the sections with the upper edges removed, and then the missed upper edges on the heads of the H-shaped steel frames are patched in a bonding mode.
