The invention discloses an outdoor wall surface stone dry hanging method. Steel channels are horizontally arranged, crash pads are additionally arranged between one lateral sides of the steel channels and the wall surface and fixed to the wall surface through expansion screws, cutting angles of two steel channel heads at the position of a corner are matched, two flanging steel channels with side edges turning outwards are also arranged, and the flanging steel channels are vertically arranged and fixed to the other lateral sides of the steel channels through screws; at the position of the corner, an arrow-head-shaped steel frame can be welded to the two matched steel channel heads; during installation, a stone panel is held with strips, dry hanging glue is smeared on the position where the stone plate is placed, the stone panel is placed in gaps between the opposite upper edges of the two flanging steel channels and the lateral sides of the steel channels and put down, then the strips are pulled out, adjustment and alignment are conducted, and channels of the flanging steel channels are modified and sealed with caulk compound finally after installation.
