The invention provides a dry-hanging method for outdoor wall stone. Channel steel is transversely arranged. A buffer pad is added between the side surface of the outdoor wall stone and a wall surface and is fixed on the wall surface through expansion screws. Ends of two channel steel bars at a wall corner are cut for forming angled parts for realizing abutting joint. Then steel frames with reversed-H-shaped cross sections are vertically arranged and fixed at the other side surfaces of the channel steel bars through welding. Then the steel frames and the channel steel bars are jointed at the wall corner. The upper edge and the lower edge of each steel frame can be bent to an angle which corresponds with the wall corner, and then welding fixing is performed. In mounting, a stone plate is hoisted by strips. Dry hanging glue is applied on a position where the stone plate is placed. The stone plate is placed in a clearance between the opposite edges of two steel frames with the reverse-H-shaped cross sections and the side surface of the channel steel. After the stone plate is placed into the clearance, strip drawing-out and adjustment for correction are successively performed.
