Method for preparing metal-ceramic diffusion couple
A disclosed method for preparing a metal-ceramic diffusion couple comprises the following steps: a, pretreating raw materials, concretely, performing polishing and acid washing processing on a metal sheet and a ceramic sheet, so as to obtain smooth contact surfaces; b, paving a layer of a metal powder at the bottom of a hot-pressing mold for preparing the metal-ceramic diffusion couple, then sequentially putting the metal sheet and a UO2 fuel sheet on the metal powder, and finally filling the upside of the UO2 fuel sheet with the metal powder, and finally guaranteeing the UO2 fuel sheet and the metal sheet to be completely wrapped by the metal powder; and c, applying a certain pressure to the hot-pressing mold, and performing hot-pressing diffusion at a proper temperature, so as to obtain the metal-ceramic diffusion couple. The metal-ceramic diffusion couple is prepared by utilizing the metal-powder sintering contraction force, the prepared diffusion couple is strong in bonding force, the demolding separation, sample-preparation separation and other problems because of insufficient bonding force between the metal and ceramic are solved in the demolding separation and sample preparation processes, and operation is simple, and the method is applicable to molds in any shapes.
