Hollow slab beam bridge hinge joint and quick maintenance method for bridge deck pavement
The invention relates to a quick maintenance method for a bridge deck pavement, wherein the quick maintenance method comprises the following steps of (1) stopping load traffic, chiseling for removing an asphalt layer pavement which is damaged on the bridge surface of the slab beam bridge, a bridge-surface concrete pavement layer and in-joint concrete; (2) cleaning the hinge joint, and closing the bottom seam of the hinge joint by foam strips; (3) mounting a prefabricated foldable steel reinforcement cage in the hinge seam; (4) arranging bridge surface paving reinforcements, and welding the bridge surface paving reinforcements with original bridge surface pavement layer reinforcements to firm; (5) plating a high-performance binding material on the surface of a beam slab; (6) paving and pouring fast concrete in the hinge joint and on the bridge surface; (7) performing maintenance on the fast concrete; and (8) recovering the traffic after the preset compressive strength of the concrete is reached. According to the hollow slab beam bridge hinge joint and the quick maintenance method for the bridge deck pavement, the prefabricated foldable steel reinforcement cage, the quick concrete and interfacial bonding technology are used for shortening a construction period and improving load bearing capacity of the slab beam bridge hinge joint and the bridge surface.
