Prefabricated underground diaphragm wall and horizontal splicing method thereof
The invention provides a horizontal connecting splicing mode of a prefabricated underground diaphragm wall. The horizontal connecting splicing mode is characterized in that a concave opening is formed in one end of the underground diaphragm wall in the transverse direction, a steel plate is embedded in the inner side of the concave opening, one side of the steel late is connected with the underground diaphragm wall through reinforcing steel bars, and the other side of the steel plate and studs are welded; T structural steel is embedded at the other end of the underground diaphragm wall in the transverse direction, the lower edge of a web plate of the T structural steel is poured in the underground diaphragm wall, the direction of the web plate is coincident with the transverse direction of the underground diaphragm wall, and the lower edge of the web plate and the reinforcing steel bars of the underground diaphragm wall are welded; and when the prefabricated underground diaphragm wall is spliced on site, the concave opening ends of two underground diaphragm walls are in butt joint with the T structural steel ends, and concrete is poured at connectors. By means of the horizontal connecting splicing mode, the bearing capacity of the splicing position of the horizontal direction of the underground diaphragm wall can be effectively increased, water seepage at the splicing position can be reduced, prefabrication of the underground diaphragm wall can be facilitated, the underground diaphragm wall can directly serve as a basement exterior wall in use, and the good economic effect is achieved.
