The invention discloses a prefabricated underground diaphragm wall and a construction method thereof. The prefabricated underground diaphragm wall comprises a plurality of sets of prefabricated rectangular steel sheet piles, and the multiple sets of prefabricated rectangular steel sheet piles are each provided with a plurality of sets of hole reserving steel pipes; the steel pipe connecting groove is formed in one side of the prefabricated rectangular steel sheet pile; the steel pipe is mounted on the other side of the prefabricated rectangular steel sheet pile and corresponds to the steel pipe connecting groove; a bearing inserting block is arranged on the side, located on the steel pipe connecting groove, of the prefabricated rectangular steel sheet pile, a bearing clamping opening is formed in the side, located on the steel pipe, of the prefabricated rectangular steel sheet pile, and the bearing inserting block and the bearing clamping opening are arranged in a matched mode. The prefabricated underground diaphragm wall can be applied to conventional foundation pit supporting piles, river channel revetment piles, underground pipe gallery supporting piles and the like, can also serve as an underground structure outer wall, is low in manufacturing and construction cost and can be applied to replace traditional steel piles which cannot be pulled out and replace existing cast-in-place piles and waterproof curtain processes, and meanwhile the prefabricated underground diaphragm wall is simple in manufacturing process, reliable in quality and high in practicability. Wide application prospects are realized.
本发明公开了一种预制地下连续墙及其施工方法,预制地下连续墙包括:若干组预制矩形钢板桩,若干组预制矩形钢板桩上均开设有若干组留孔钢管;开设于预制矩形钢板桩一侧的钢管接槽;安装于预制矩形钢板桩另一侧的钢管,且钢管与钢管接槽对应设置;预制矩形钢板桩位于钢管接槽的一侧设置有承接插块,且预制矩形钢板桩位于钢管的一侧设置有承接卡口,且承接插块与承接卡口呈适配设置。本发明能应用于常规基坑支护桩、河道驳岸桩、地下管廊支护桩等,可兼做地下结构外墙,制作及施工成本低,可应用于替代无法拔除的传统钢桩,代替现有的灌注桩以及止水帷幕工艺,同时预制地下连续墙制造工艺简单,质量可靠,具有广阔的应用前景。
