A cabinet lock external control mechanism with a closed external rotary knob and a peep-proof cover comprises a right-angled disc-type outward password disc, a password disc driving ring, the closed external rotary knob and the light-reflective peep-proof cover. The right-angled disc-type outward password disc is fixedly connected with a password wheel control shaft, and is provided with an outward disc opening. The password disc driving ring is fixedly connected with the disc bottom of the outward password disc. The closed external rotary knob is matched with the password disc driving ring and provided with dual charge holes. The light-reflective peep-proof cover is provided with decoding localizers. By means of the cabinet lock external control mechanism, the security of mechanical coded locks is enhanced.
