The invention discloses a cabinet lock external control mechanism provided with a closed type external rotary knob, a rocking handle and a peep-proof cover. The external control mechanism comprises a right-angled disc type outward cipher disk, a cipher disk driving ring, the closed type external rotary knob, the elastic handle and the light reflective peep-proof cover. The right-angled disc type outward cipher disk is fixedly connected with a cipher wheel control shaft and provided with an outward disk opening and annular rocking handle holes, the cipher disk driving ring is fixedly connected with the bottom of the outward cipher disk, the closed type external rotary knob is matched with the cipher disk driving ring and provided with dual finger control holes, the elastic handle is fixedly connected with the external rotary knob, and the light reflective peep-proof cover is provided with a decipher positioning marker.
