The lock external control mechanism comprises a right-angled disc type outward code disc provided with an outward disc opening, a code disc driving ring fixedly connected with the disc bottom of the outward code disc, the auxiliary wheel which is in shaft driving with a code wheel control shaft, the elastic rocking handle which is in shaft driving with the auxiliary wheel, and the reflection type peep-proof cover provided with decoding positioning marks, wherein the right-angled disc type outward code disc is fixedly connected with the code wheel control shaft; a base plate of the right-angled disc type outward code disc is provided with encircling type arranged rocking handle holes. According to the lock external control mechanism, the secrecy of a mechanical coded lock is improved while the operation is rapider, more convenient, less labor is used, and more enjoyment is provided.
