The concrete block comprises 5-15wt% of a CFB boiler ash residue, 15-25wt% of lime, 55-68wt% of a silicon material, 0.05-0.1wt% of a foaming agent, 1-5wt% of a curing agent and FCC flue gas desulfurization wastewater, wherein the water-to-material ratio of the FCC flue gas desulfurization wastewater is 0.6-0.65. The concrete block has the advantages that the CFB boiler ash residue is adopted as a raw material and the FCC flue gas desulfurization wastewater is adopted as water for concrete premixing, so that the energy consumption is reduced, the production raw materials are saved, and the problem about waste disposal is solved; the compressive strength, the strength level, the dry density and the dry density level of the concrete block produced according to the preparation method can reach 6.5 MPa, A7.5, 600-650 kg/m<3> and B07 respectively; the drying shrinkage, the freezing resistance, the heat conductivity and the like of the concrete block all meet the corresponding technical requirements of the national standards for steam pressurized concrete blocks; meanwhile, the preparation method has the advantages of being simple in process, achieving energy conservation and emission reduction, and being suitable for large-scale production.
