Low-density self-thermal insulation building block produced from high-calcium waste residue
The invention provides a low-density self-thermal insulation building block produced from high-calcium waste residue, and belongs to the fields of comprehensive utilization of solid industrial wastes and energy-saving environment-protection building materials. The self-thermal insulation building block comprises the following compositions in percent by mass: 30%-60% of a high-calcium waste residue micropowder, 5%-20% of ordinary portland cement , 0%-30% of fly ash, 0.2%-0.7% of a water reducer, 0.1%-0.3% of cellulose ether, 0.2%-1.5% of a waterfroof agent, and 0.2%-0.8% of a composite foaming agent. The above raw materials are used to prepare a foam-wrapped slurry, the foam-wrapped slurry is poured into a mold, and natural maintenance is performed. The operation technology is shown as the follows: 1, preparing the high-calcium waste residue micropowder, concretely, preparing 20%-40% of calcium carbide slurry, 10%-20% of steel slag, 0%-30% of mineral slag, 0%-20% of red mud, and 0%-10% of cement clinker according to the mass fractions, pouring into a ball mill, and milling to prepare the micropowder; 2, stirring to form a uniform slurry according to the mix ratio of the self-thermal insulation building block and the water-binder ratio of 0.3-0.5; 3, pouring the composite foaming agent and water into a foaming apparatus according to the ratio of 1:40-50, so as to prepare a closed-cell foam with the diameter of 0.2-1.5 mm; and 4, adding the foam into the slurry step by step, stirring until the slurry is uniformly wrapped with the foam, inputting via a pipe and pouring into a mold, and naturally maintaining for 24 h, and demolding.
