The invention discloses a climbing device for emergency maintenance of outdoor electrical equipment. The climbing device comprises two support rods which are arranged symmetrically, each support rod is rectangular, each of four corners outside each support rod is in circular arc transition, an inner cavity is formed inside the support rod, an H-shaped reinforcing iron block is arranged in each inner cavity, an end is arranged on the inner side face of each support rod, a treading rod is matched between the two ends which are opposite, sealing heads are arranged at two ends of each support rod, each sealing head is sealed with the corresponding support rod, two first ends are symmetrically arranged at the tops of the support rods, and a handrail rod is matched between the first ends. When the climbing device is in use, the H-shaped reinforcing iron block is arranged inside the inner cavity of each support rod, bending strength of each support rod can be improved, breaking, excessive bending and the like in the process of use are avoided, safety in electrical equipment maintenance is guaranteed, and a guarantee is provided.
