High-chromium and high-carbon-steel abrasion-resisting bucket tooth holder
The invention relates to smelting of small metal pieces of mining parts and provides a high-chromium and high-carbon-steel abrasion-resisting bucket tooth holder. An electric arc furnace is adopted for smelting steel charge, the steel charge is transferred into a refining furnace, and steel is discharged out after the molten steel component proportion is adjusted; after the obtained molten steel is subjected to vacuum degassing, metal mold casting is performed; and obtained cast pieces are subjected to thermal treatment of water quenching and oil-cooling quenching and high-temperature fast-cooling tempering so that finished product pieces can be obtained. The molten steel is prepared from, by weight percentage, 1.3-1.5% of C, 15-19% of Cr, 0.20-0.40% of Mn, 0.50-0.70% of Mo, 0.30-0.70% of V, 0.15-0.35% of Ti, 0.40-0.70% of Si, 3.0-6.0% of Ni, 0.5-1.5% of Cu, 0.5-1.5% of W, S, P and the balance Fe, wherein the weight percentage of S is controlled to be 0.02% or less, and the weight percentage of P is controlled to be 0.03% or less.
