The damper comprises an upper connecting rod (1), an upper cover plate (2), a first middle clamping plate (41), a second middle clamping plate (42), a third middle clamping plate (43), multiple foamed aluminum combined material (6), a lower connecting rod (5), a first screw rod (31), and a second screw rod (32). The upper connecting rod (1) comprises a first rod (11) and a second rod (12) vertical to the first rod. The upper cover plate (2), the first middle clamping plate (41), the second rod (12) and the lower connecting rod (5) are sequentially arranged at intervals from the top to the bottom and opposite to each other. The upper cover plate (2), the first middle clamping plate (41), the second rod (12) and the lower connecting rod (5) are parallel to each other.
