The damper comprises an upper connecting rod (1), an upper cover plate (2), a first middle clamping plate (41), a second middle clamping plate (42), a third middle clamping plate (43), multiple foamed aluminum combined material (6), a lower connecting rod (5), a first screw rod (31), and a second screw rod (32). The upper connecting rod (1) comprises a first rod (11) and a second rod (12) vertical to the first rod. The upper cover plate (2), the first middle clamping plate (41), the second rod (12) and the lower connecting rod (5) are sequentially arranged at intervals from the top to the bottom and opposite to each other. The upper cover plate (2), the first middle clamping plate (41), the second rod (12) and the lower connecting rod (5) are parallel to each other. The combined damper made by foamed aluminum combined material having compressibility has following beneficial effects: large-thickness aluminum foam combined material can be prepared so that requirements for load and displacement in various vibration damping fields are satisfied.
