The invention provides microcrystalline glass and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of industrial solid waste resource utilization. The preparation method of the microcrystalline glass provided by the invention comprises the following steps: melting calcined electrolytic manganese slag to obtain molten glass; and sequentially molding, nucleating and crystallizing themolten glass to obtain the microcrystalline glass. According to the method, the calcined electrolytic manganese slag is used as a raw material, so that harmful gases such as SO2 and SO3 are preventedfrom being generated in the melting process of the raw material, and secondary pollution is avoided. The preparation method provided by the invention is simple to operate, high in utilization rate ofthe electrolytic manganese slag and low in cost, and the prepared microcrystalline glass has good mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.
本发明提供了一种微晶玻璃及其制备方法,属于工业固体废弃物资源化利用技术领域。本发明提供的微晶玻璃的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将煅烧后的电解锰渣进行熔制,得到玻璃液;将所述玻璃液依次进行成型、核化和晶化,得到微晶玻璃。本发明以煅烧后的电解锰渣为原料,避免在原料熔制过程中产生SO和SO等有害气体,不产生二次污染;本发明提供的制备方法,操作简单、电解锰渣的利用率高,成本低;而且制备的微晶玻璃具有良好的力学性能和耐腐蚀性能。
