The intention discloses a method for preparing a novel inorganic polymeric material from tailings. According to the invention, the copper mine tailings with high dickite content in a Fujian mine are used as a raw material, the raw material is calcined after reacting with potassium acetate, subjected to an in-situ polymerization reaction after adding of an alkali activator and water, and cured to prepare the novel inorganic polymeric material with compressive strength of 8.5 MPa, thereby achieving comprehensive utilization of resources; the method is rich in raw material source, high in resource utilization rate, simple and efficient in technological process, economical, practical, green and environmentally friendly, and has good industrial prospects and social benefits.
本发明公开了一种利用尾矿制备新型无机聚合材料的方法。本发明用福建某矿山地开石含量高的铜矿尾矿为原料,通过与醋酸钾反应后煅烧,添加碱激发剂和水后发生原位聚合反应,养护后制得抗压强度达到8.5 MPa的新型无机聚合材料,达到资源综合化利用,本发明的原料来源丰富、资源利用率高、工艺流程简单高效,且经济实用、绿色环保,具有良好的工业前景和社会效益。
