The method comprises the following steps: carrying out clarification treatment on tungsten tailing slurry, and crushing caked tungsten tailings into fine sand by using a crusher; all the raw materials are put into a stirring pot according to a certain proportion to be stirred, the water reducing agent and water are mixed and then added in batches, and the stirred raw materials are poured into a mold; shaping is conducted after compression molding, and then the shaped artificial stone plate is subjected to steam curing; and taking out the steamed inorganic artificial stone plate, and cutting and testing the inorganic artificial stone plate according to a bending strength and compression strength test method in the national standard. According to the invention, the cost is reduced by using the tungsten tailings to replace the aggregate, the tungsten tailings are not screened, the cost is saved in process, the proportion of the tungsten tailings is increased, the proportion of the cement and the aggregate is greatly reduced, and the formula cost is saved due to the fact that no flexibilizer such as emulsion is added in the scheme.
