The invention provides a refractory castable for blast furnace iron tapping channels. The refractory castable is prepared from the following raw materials, by weight, 20-30% of a special-grade high-aluminum clinker; 15-25% brown fused alumina, 5-10% white corundum, 10-15% dense corundum, 15-25% silicon carbide, 2-5% of silicon oxide micro powder; 4-10% of alpha-Al2O3 micro powder; 2%-6% of pretreated aluminum oxide hollow spheres, 2.5-3.5% of metal silicon powder, 4-6% of pure calcium aluminate cement, 1-5% of spherical asphalt, 0.1-0.2% of water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol fibers, 0.1-0.2% of sodium tripolyphosphate and 0.1-0.2% of a water reducing agent FS20, wherein the total amount is 100%. According to the refractory castable for blast furnace iron tapping channels, the pretreated aluminum oxide hollow spheres are introduced, so that the construction fluidity of the castable is improved, the water adding amount is reduced, the compactness and the normal-temperature mechanical strength of the castable are further improved, and the erosion resistance of the castable is improved; and by improving the volume density of the castable, the thermal shock stability is improved.
