The invention discloses a concrete spray curing method. The method is adopted for concrete curing. Compared with methods such as manual water sprinkling, film laying or a concrete curing agent, etc.,the curing cost is reduced greatly. Compared with manual water sprinkling, the construction conditions of the operation surface of an understructure are improved, and water resources are saved. In thenormal curing process, 90% water can be saved, manual operation is not needed, and the safety of curing operation is improved. According to the height of mass concrete during construction, a water pump with appropriate power is selected, so that a water pipe arranged on a template has enough water pressure and can spray water mist. With the method, all the curing operation can be completed by oneperson, and the concrete can be cured continuously for 24 hours.
本发明公开了一种混凝土喷淋养护方法,采用本发明方法进行混凝土养护,与人工洒水、铺设薄膜或混凝土养护剂等方法相比,养护成本大为降低;与人工洒水相比,改善了下层结构作业面的施工条件,节约了水资源;正常养护过程中,可节约90%的水量,无需人工操作,提高了养护作业的安全性;根据施工大体积混凝土的高度,选择功率适宜的水泵,使设置在模板上的水管内有足够的水压,能喷出水雾;采用该方法,单人即可完成所有养护工作,且可实现混凝土24小时不间断养护。
