According to the preparation method, by grading aluminum oxide powders with different particle sizes, the contact points among the particles are increased, so that the Al2O3 ceramic base sheet with compact texture and good performance is sinteredat a low temperature, and high density and low porosity of the base sheet are realized through composite molding.
