Preparation method of high-purity aluminum oxide ceramic substrate
The invention provides a preparation method of a high-purity aluminum oxide ceramic substrate, which comprises the following steps: S1, putting 99-99.5 parts by weight of high-purity aluminum oxide powder and 0.5-1 part by weight of a sintering aid into a ball mill, adding a water-soluble dispersing agent by using water as a solvent, and grinding and mixing to obtain slurry; S2, filling the slurryinto a slurry barrel after vacuum defoaming, adding a catalyst and an initiator, uniformly stirring, connecting an air source, opening the air source to apply pressure to the slurry to control the slurry to be injected into a mold from a slurry injection port in the bottom of the mold through a communicating pipe, enabling the slurry to flow in the mold from bottom to top until the mold is filledwith the slurry, curing and demolding to obtain a green body; S3, drying the green body, softening, cutting the green body into green body slices, and drying; and S4, sintering the green body slices,and flattening to obtain the substrate. The substrate is low in sintering temperature, wide in sintering range and controllable in sintering contractibility.\ The air source is used for applying pressure to slurry, so that the slurry is injected into the mold from bottom to top from the bottom of the mold, and the problems of large blank density difference and large molding defects caused by deposition of materials with high specific gravity in the slurry to the bottom of the mold are solved.
本发明提供一种高纯氧化铝陶瓷基板的制备方法,包括:S1、将重量份数为99‑99.5份的高纯氧化铝粉、0.5‑1份的烧结助剂放入球磨机,以水为溶剂,加水溶性分散剂,研磨混合得料浆;S2、料浆真空除泡后装入料浆桶,加催化剂和引发剂,搅拌均匀,接气源,开启气源对料浆施加压力控制料浆通过连通管自模具底部注浆口注入模具,使料浆在模具内自下而上流动至注满模具,固化脱模得坯体;S3、烘干坯体后软化,切坯片,干燥;S4、烧结坯片,抚平得基板。本发明的基板烧结温度低、烧结范围宽、烧结收缩性可控。本发明用气源对料浆施加压力,使料浆由模具底部自下而上注入模具,避免了料浆中比重高的物料沉积到模具底部引起坯体密度差大、成型缺陷大的问题。
