Method for reducing hydration heat of magnesium cement
The invention discloses a method for reducing hydration heat of magnesium cement. A disclosed shape-stabilized phase change energy storage material comprises a hydrated salt phase change material, a modified porous support material and a coating material; the hydrated salt phase change material and the modified porous support material are microscopically coated with the coating material, and the hydrated salt phase change material is adsorbed in the modified porous support material. The hydrated salt is used as a phase change energy storage base material, the preparation of the shape-stabilized phase change energy storage material is realized through dual means of porous adsorption and surface coating, and then the material is added into the magnesium cement slurry, so that the hydration heat, hydration reaction temperature and hydration reaction rate in the hydration process of the magnesium cement slurry can be effectively reduced. The shape-stabilized phase change energy storage material is low in preparation cost, stable in performance, simple and convenient in operation, phase change material micro leakage can be prevented completely, and adding of the shape-stabilized phase change energy storage material into magnesium cement can reduce hydration heat and hydration temperature of magnesium cement effectively.
本发明公开了一种降低镁水泥水化热的方法,该定型相变储能材料包括水合盐相变材料、改性多孔支撑材料和包覆材料,包覆材料将水合盐相变材料和改性多孔支撑材料微观包覆,水合盐相变材料吸附在改性多孔支撑材料中。本发明以水合盐为相变储能基体材料,通过多孔吸附和表面包覆双重手段实现定型相变储能材料的制备,然后将该材料加入镁水泥浆料中,可有效降低镁水泥浆料水化过程的水化热、水化反应温度及水化反应速率。本发明中定型相变储能材料的制备方法成本低廉、性能稳定、操作简便,可以完全阻止相变材料“微泄露”的发生,加入镁水泥中,可有效降低镁水泥的水化热和水化温度。
