The invention relates to a preparation method of aluminum oxide ceramic, and in particular, relates to a preparation method of high-purity aluminum oxide ceramic, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing aluminum oxide ceramic balls with various diameters; preparing alumina powder, wherein the mass ratio of the alumina powder to the alumina ceramic balls is 1:(1.5-3); adding the following auxiliary materials in percentage by weight: 0.5 to 2.5% of pseudo-boehmite, 0.1 to 0.3% of silica sol, 0.2 to 0.6% of magnesium oxide and 0.1 to 0.6% of yttrium oxide; adding alumina ceramic balls, alumina powder and auxiliary materials into a ball mill, adding 0.1%-0.5% of a dispersing agent, and carrying out wet ball milling for 20-30 h to obtain slurry; acidizing the slurrysubjected to ball milling; carrying out spray granulation on the acidified slurry to obtain high-purity aluminum oxide ceramic; homogenizing the high-purity aluminum oxide ceramic for 24-48 h in theenvironment with the temperature ranging from 20 DEG C to 45 DEG C and the humidity ranging from 40% to 65%, to obtain the high-purity aluminum oxide ceramic, wherein the aluminum oxide content of thehigh-purity aluminum oxide ceramic is not lower than 99.5%. The high-purity aluminum oxide ceramic is convenient to prepare, low in cost and good in ceramic performance.
本发明涉及一种氧化铝陶瓷的制备方法,尤其是高纯氧化铝陶瓷的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将多种直径的氧化铝陶瓷球混合;配置氧化铝粉,所述氧化铝粉与氧化铝陶瓷球的质量比为1:(1.5~3);按照总重量的百分比加入以下辅料:0.5~2.5%拟薄水铝石、0.1~0.3%的硅溶胶、0.2~0.6%的氧化镁、0.1~0.6的氧化钇;将氧化铝陶瓷球、氧化铝粉、辅料均加入到球磨机中,同时加入0.1%~0.5%的分散剂,湿法球磨20~30h得到浆料;将球磨后的浆料酸化处理;将酸化处理后的浆料进行喷雾造粒,喷雾造粒得到高纯氧化铝陶瓷;将高纯氧化铝陶瓷在温度在20~45℃,湿度在40~65%的环境下均化处理24~48小时,得到高纯氧化铝陶瓷,所述高纯氧化铝陶瓷的氧化铝含量不低于99.5%。该高纯氧化铝陶瓷制备方便成本低、陶瓷性能好。
