The invention discloses a construction method for permanently protecting an existing pipeline during road reconstruction, which comprises the following specific steps of: firstly, performing lofting on site according to the pipeline position of a water supply steel pipe, breaking a pavement structure hard layer, and inserting and driving steel sheet piles on two sides of the water supply steel pipe along the safety distance range of the pipeline; secondly, erecting a plurality of top anchoring supports on the upper portions of the steel sheet piles on the two sides in the length direction, then excavating foundation pits in the outer sides of the steel sheet piles on the two sides, and pouring side walls and cover plates on the outer sides of the steel sheet piles on the two sides; then, backfilling the foundation pit, pulling out the steel sheet piles, and filling gaps of the steel sheet piles by tracking grouting; and finally, covering the side walls on the two sides with prefabricated cover plates, and completing pipeline protection culvert construction of the water supply steel pipe. By the adoption of the method, disturbance to soil around the pipeline can be avoided, the requirement for water and soil conservation of the special pipeline is met, the span of the cover plate culvert and backfill materials in the culvert can be reduced to the maximum extent, and the construction cost is greatly saved.
本发明公开了道路改造时对现有管线永久保护的施工方法，具体步骤如下：首先、按照供水钢管的管线位置实地放样，破除路面结构硬层，沿管道安全距离范围在供水钢管的两侧插打钢板桩；其次、在两侧钢板桩的上部沿长度方向架设若干顶部锚拉支撑，然后在两侧钢板桩的外侧开挖基坑，并在两侧插打钢板桩的外侧浇筑侧墙和盖板；然后，回填基坑，并拔出钢板桩，在钢板桩的空隙采用跟踪注浆充填；最后、在两侧侧墙上加盖预制盖板，完成供水钢管的管线保护涵施工。本发明的应用不但可以避免对管道周边土体扰动，满足特殊管道水土保持的要求，而且还能最大程度减少盖板涵跨径及涵内回填材料，大大节约工程造价。
