The invention provides a side loading self-locking mechanism for a foundation bolt. The side loading self-locking mechanism for the foundation bolt mainly comprises wedge type lapping plates (1), a wedge type plugging block (2) and a wedge type plugging block nut (6). The two wedge type lapping plates (1) are connected to the inner side of a ground rail (7) in a lapping manner in use, are processed into trapezoids with inclined surfaces, and form a wedge-shaped groove after being connected to the inner side of the ground rail (7) in the lapping manner; the appearance of the wedge type pluggingblock (2) is designed into a trapezoid corresponding to the wedge-shaped groove; the outer side is protruded and processed into a bolt, and the inner side is processed into a U-shaped groove throughwhich the foundation bolt (4) can pass; and the wedge type plugging block nut (6) corresponds to the bolt protruded from the outer side. The designed side loading self-locking mechanism for the foundation bolt is simple in structure and convenient to operate and use; and the friction area between the wedge type lapping plates (1) and the ground rail (7) is increased, and the pressure between the wedge type lapping plates (1) and the ground rail (7) is also increased, so that self-locking is formed.
本发明提供一种地脚螺栓侧向加载自锁机构,主要由楔式搭板(1)、楔式塞块(2)、楔式塞块螺母(6)组成。楔式搭板(1)共两块,使用时搭接于地轨(7)内侧,两块楔式搭板(1)加工成斜面梯形,搭接于地轨(7)内侧后形成一楔形槽;楔式塞块(2)外形设计为与楔形槽对应的梯形,外侧凸起加工成螺栓,内侧加工成“U”型槽,可以通过地脚螺栓(4);楔式塞块螺母(6)与楔式塞块外侧凸起螺栓对应。所设计的地脚螺栓侧向加载自锁机构结构组成简单,操作使用方便,既增大了楔式搭板(1)与地轨(7)之间的摩擦面积,又增大了楔式搭板(1)与地轨(7)之间的压力,从而形成自锁。
