The invention provides a building exterior wall cleaning device. The device is hung on the outer surface of the building for working by connecting a ropeto hanging loops. Cleaning liquid is pumped into a drum through a pump structure in a rolling brush combination, and soaks a sponge sleeve through holes in the drum, and the sponge sleeve is arrangedoutside the drum in a sleeving manner; and the drum rotates under the action of a bevel gear to wipe the outer surface of the building. A brushing plate transversely vibrates under the movement of aneccentric structure and drives a wiping plate to wipe off excess liquid; and the overflowed excess liquid falls to a collection plate, and then flows into a liquid storage box through a filter plate to be reused. The stirring structure inside the liquid storage box performs continuous stirring to prevent the liquid from settling.
