The preparation method comprises the following steps of performing sand blasting treatment on at least part of the surface of a ceramic plate; removing a glaze layer of at least part of the surface of the ceramic plate, and making at least part of the surface of the ceramic plate form a layer of frosted surface; printing patterns after the frosted surface of the ceramic plate is cleaned and dried; and applying ultraviolet-curable resin to the patterns and performing ultraviolet curing. Accordingto the preparation method for the color spraying UV bright ceramic plate painting, the ultraviolet-curable resin is applied to the patterns of the ceramic plate, which can protect the patterns and achieve a transparent, bright and light-reflecting bright effect is achieved.
