Method for preparing ceramic plate painting from defective product of ceramic plate
The invention relates to a method for preparing a ceramic plate painting from a defective product of a ceramic plate. The method comprises the steps of (1) cutting a defective ceramic product into the required size, and cleaning to be used as a ceramic substrate; (2) preparing starting slurry for shielding surface glaze; (3) preparing super-white printing glaze; (4) applying the super-white printing glaze on the ceramic substrate through silk screen printing, and drying; (5) regulating the ratio of the starting slurry for shielding the surface glaze to prepare surface glaze shielding slurry with the ratio of 1.45-1.60, spraying the surface glaze shielding slurry on the ceramic substrate, and airing; and (6) printing a required decorative pattern on the ceramic substrate obtained in the step (5) by using a printing technology, and then, sintering at the temperature of 980-1020 DEG C to obtain the ceramic plate painting.
