The invention discloses a construction method for obliquely downwards penetrating a high-speed rail bridge through a U-shaped frame structure. The method comprises determining the position of a foundation pit; performing high-pressure jet grouting pile construction below the foundation pit and on the to-be-jacked path of the U-shaped frame structure; excavating a foundation pit of which the bottomsurface has a gradient and the excavation depth is lower than the setting depth of the U-shaped frame structure below the high-speed rail bridge; prefabricating the U-shaped frame structure; and jacking the U-shaped frame structure into the to-be-jacked path in a downhill mode while soil is excavated. The method has the advantages that the maximum floating value of the bridge pier is minimum, themost adverse effect duration is shortest, and the caused differential settlement of the bridge pier is also minimum. The construction period is short, the excavation depth of the soil body under thebridge is small, and it is guaranteed that replacement of the soil body under the bridge is completed within the shortest time. In the construction process, soil is excavated from the U-shaped frame structure, and the direction and elevation of the U-shaped frame structure are easy to control. The jacking construction process is safe and controllable, continuous operation can be achieved, if piertop upheaval occurs, balance of soil pressure can be controlled in time in a U-shaped frame structure jacking weight mode, and therefore operation safety of the high-speed rail can be guaranteed.
一种U型框架结构斜向下穿高铁桥梁的施工方法。其包括确定基坑位置;在基坑的下方及U型框架结构待顶进路径上进行高压旋喷桩的施工;开挖底面具有坡度且挖深低于高铁桥梁下U型框架结构设置深度的基坑;预制U型框架结构;在待顶进路径上边挖土边以下坡的方式顶进U型框架结构等步骤。本发明优点:桥墩的最大上浮值最小,且最不利影响时长最短,所引起的桥墩差异沉降也最小。施工周期短,桥下土体开挖深度较浅,保证了在最短的时间内完成桥下土体的置换。施工过程中从U型框架结构内进行出土,容易控制U型框架结构的方向与高程。顶进施工过程安全可控,可连续作业,若发生墩顶隆起,可采取U型框架结构顶压重方式及时进行控制土压力的平衡,因此能够保证高铁的运营安全。
