The invention provides a vibration isolation structure of a high-speed rail penetrating through a terminal building downwards and a construction method of the vibration isolation structure. The vibration isolation structure comprises a lower pier column, a high-strength plate, a vibration isolator, a plurality of temporary supporting pieces, an embedded base plate and an anti-skid gasket, whereinthe lower pier column is poured on a top plate of the high-speed rail, a post-pouring groove is formed in the top of the lower pier column, and a limiting table is formed on the periphery of the post-pouring groove; the post-pouring groove is filled with slurry, and the slurry is subjected to self-leveling consolidation to form the high-strength plate; the vibration isolator is placed on the high-strength plate, and the top of the vibration isolator is higher than the top of the limiting table. The multiple temporary supporting pieces are vertically arranged and arranged in a circle in the circumferential direction of the lower pier column at intervals; the embedded base plate is placed on the vibration isolator and the multiple temporary supporting pieces, and an upper pier column used for pouring the terminal building is formed on the embedded base plate in a pouring manner; and the anti-skid gasket is arranged between the embedded base plate and the vibration isolator in a cushionedmanner. The vibration isolation structure solves the problems that a traditional vibration isolation system is slow in construction progress, large in installation difficulty, complex in constructionprocedure and long in construction period.
