Method for enhancing bearing capacity of floating pipe pile
The invention relates to a method for enhancing the bearing capacity of a floating pipe pile. The method comprises the following steps that: after excavation of a foundation pit, the elevation of piletops of all piles is measured and compared with the original pile drive elevation of a construction record to determine whether the piles are floating; if yes, the floating amount is recorded; according to the floating amount of all the floating piles, the piles with the largest floating amount are selected for positioning, the number of the positioned floating piles is not less than 1% of the total number of the piles and is not less than 3; the positioned floating piles are grouted three times within the range of 1.5 meters at the bottoms of the piles and in pipe pile soil plug through high-pressure rotary injection cement slurry to complete a grouting test; after 28 days of grouting, a static load test is performed on the previously positioned floating piles; and according to the testresults, all the floating piles are grouted according to the same construction process, and the grouting amount shall not be less than the minimum value of the grouting test. The tested bearing capacity of the floating piles is normally 20% to 30% higher than the design result without the need for negative pressure.
本发明涉及一种增强上浮管桩承载力的方法,包括如下步骤:基坑开挖后测量每个桩的桩顶标高,和施工记录的原始送桩标高比较,确定桩是否上浮;如果上浮,记录上浮量;根据所有上浮桩的上浮量,选择上浮量最大的若干根桩作定位,定位的上浮桩数量不少于桩总数的1%并且不少于3根;采用高压旋喷注水泥浆对定位过的上浮桩在桩底1.5米范围内及管桩土塞体内分三次注浆,完成注浆试验;注浆28天后对前述定位上浮桩进行静荷载检测;根据检测结果,对所有的上浮桩按相同的施工工艺进行注浆,注浆量不得小于注浆试验的最小值。利用本发明能够在无需负压的前提下,使得发生上浮的管桩承载力检测结果正常都比设计结果高20%‑30%。
