The invention relates to the technical field of foundation pit supporting construction, and discloses a cast-in-place pile construction method in foundation pit supporting process. The construction method comprises the following steps of 1, boring a hole in an open cut section through adopting a long spiral boring machine, pouring concrete into the hole after boring is finished, and constructing anext hole site 48 hours after boring and pouring; 2, carrying out crown beam construction on each hole site after boring construction is completed; 3, digging a pipe gallery foundation pit at the central elevation position of a crown beam after crown beam construction is completed, and carrying out steel support construction at the foundation pit; and 4, carrying out slope shotcrete constructionafter steel support construction is completed. Through adopting the construction method of cast-in-situ bored pile supporting, the process difficulty of foundation pit construction in a silty clay sand gravel area is reduced, the construction cost is greatly reduced, the pile-forming bearing capacity and the water stop effect formed through adopting a long spiral boring method are optimized; and meanwhile, for construction of large and deep foundation pits, unstable factors caused by soil creep to foundation pit supporting can be effectively avoided, and the stability of foundation pit supporting is improved.
本发明涉及基坑支护施工技术领域,且公开了基坑支护过程中的灌注桩施工方法,包括:S1、采用长螺旋钻机在明挖地段进行钻孔,钻孔结束后在孔内灌注混凝土,钻孔灌注后48小时,进行下一孔位施工;S2、钻孔施工完成后对每个孔位进行冠梁施工;S3、冠梁施工完成后,在冠梁中心标高处挖管廊基坑,并在基坑处进行钢支撑施工;S4、钢支撑施工完成后进行边坡喷锚施工,采用钻孔灌注桩支护的施工方法,降低粉质粘土砂砾石区域基坑施工的工艺难度,施工成本大大的降低,采用长螺旋钻孔法形成的成桩承载力和止水效果均得到优化,同时针对较大、较深基坑尺寸的施工能够有效的规避掉土体蠕变性对基坑支护造成的不稳定因素,提高了基坑支护的稳定性。
