CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF CAST-IN-PLACE PILE AND FOUNDATION
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cast-in-place pile which allows pile reinforcements not to be damaged by an excavating heavy machine when excavating the ground with the excavating heavy machine after the cast-in-place pile is constructed.SOLUTION: A cast-in-place pile 1 comprises a pile body 10 made of concrete and a pile main reinforcement 21 driven into the pile body 10. A pile head back-filled part 30, under which the pile main reinforcement 21 extending upward from the pile body 10 is buried, is deposited on an upper surface of the pile body 10 of the cast-in-place pile 1. The pile head back-filled part 30 is formed of recycled gravel and recycled sand. According to the present invention, a soil of the pile head back-filled part 30 is definitely different in colour and hardness from a surrounding soil, which allows the main pile reinforcement 21 buried under the pile head back-filled part 30 from being damaged due to excess excavation by a heavy machine when removing the pile head back-filling part 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】場所打ち杭を構築した後、掘削重機で地盤を掘削する際に、掘削重機による杭鉄筋の損傷を防止できる場所打ち杭を提供すること。【解決手段】場所打ち杭1は、コンクリート造の杭体10と、杭体10に打ち込まれた杭主筋21と、を有する。この場所打ち杭1の杭体10の上面には、杭体10から上方に延びる杭主筋21が埋設された杭頭埋め戻し部30が設けられる。杭頭埋め戻し部30は、再生礫および再生砂で形成される。本発明によれば、杭頭埋め戻し部30の土質が、周囲の土質とは色や硬さが明確に異なることとなり、杭頭埋め戻し部30を取り除く際、重機で掘削し過ぎて杭頭埋め戻し部30に埋設された杭主筋21が損傷するのを防止できる。【選択図】図1
