Construction method for installing drainage pipeline by using P2-01 water stop glue
The invention discloses a construction method for installing a drainage pipeline by using P2-01 water stop glue. The construction method is characterized by comprising the following steps that (1), sand grains and concrete slag on a construction joint surface are removed by using a steel wire brush; (2), the surface is cleaned by using a rag (the construction surface can be rough, smooth, dry or wet); (3), a grouting pump with pressure larger than 3 MPa and flow larger than 5 L/min is selected, and the P2-01 water stop glue is continuously and evenly smeared on a birdmouth (if the extruded glue is discontinuous or uneven, the glue can be properly scraped evenly or trimmed through a scraper); and (4) the pipeline is installed, and after installation, the outer side of the pipeline is sealedby using waterproof mortar. The method has the advantages that the joint of the birdmouth and a spigot of the pipeline is coated with the P2-01 water stop glue, the pipeline can be sealed, leakage isavoided, the process is simple, the water stop effect is good, water stop is lasting, the cost is low, and the phenomenon of pavement collapse and subsidence can be effectively prevented.
本发明公开一种用P2‑01止水胶安装排水管道的施工方法，其特征在于：（1）将施工缝面的砂粒及混凝土渣用钢丝刷清除；（2）再用抹布擦干净（施工表面既可以是粗糙的、也可以是平整的，既可以是干的、也可以潮湿的）；（3）选用压力大于3MPa、流量大于5L/分钟的注浆泵，将P2‑01止水胶连续均匀地涂抹在承口上（如遇挤出的胶体不连续或不均匀，可以用刮片适当刮匀或修整）；（4）进行管道安装，安装后在管道外侧使用防水砂浆进一封堵。本发明的优点在于，在管道承接口与插口相接部涂抹P2‑01止水胶，可以达到管道密闭，不发生渗漏，且工艺简单、止水效果好、止水持久、成本低，能有效防止路面坍塌沉陷现象的出现。
