The invention discloses a tunnel type anchorage structure for a cable crane. The structure comprises an anchor plug body, an anchor cable and an anchoring beam used for anchoring a cable. The anchor plug body comprises an outer end located on an outer side of a tunnel and an inner end located on an inner side of the tunnel, the anchoring beam is fixed to the outer end of the anchor plug body, theanchor cable is partially embedded in the anchor plug body, one end of the anchor cable is anchored in the inner end of the anchor plug body, the other end of the anchor cable penetrates through the anchoring beam, and an exposed part of the anchor cable is anchored to the outer side of the anchoring beam. The invention further discloses a construction method of the anchorage structure. The construction method comprises steps of tunnel excavation, steel bar binding, anchor cable and cable wind rope installation, concrete pouring, anchorage device installation, anchor cable tensioning, cable installation and the like. The anchorage structure is simple in structure, good in anchoring performance, safe, reliable and the like, facilitates dismounting of various cables in a later period, and improves safety and convenience of construction and application of the large cable crane tunnel type anchorage structure.
