The invention relates to a fly ash and slag curing agent and a preparation method thereof. The invention aims to provide the fly ash and slag curing agent and the preparation method thereof, and the provided fly ash and slag curing agent is relatively low in cost and can improve the activity of fly ash and slag and enhance the strength of fly ash and slag. The method provided by the invention is simple in steps and convenient to operate. According to the technical scheme, the fly ash and slag curing agent is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: (1) an organic reinforcing component: one or a mixture of more than two of triethanolamine, triisopropanolamine, propylene glycol, glycerol, ethylene glycol and diethylene glycol in any proportion; (2) an inorganic reinforcing component: one or a mixture of more than two of sodium chloride, calcium chloride, sodium sulfate, sodium acetate, sodium nitrite, sodium thiosulfate and sodium thiocyanate in any proportion; and (3) an active excitation component: one or a mixture of more than two of concentrated sulfuric acid, concentrated hydrochloric acid, sodium hydroxide, calcium hydroxide, sodium carbonate andsodium silicate in any proportion.
