The invention discloses a block structure and ratchet membrane structure combined building, which mainly comprises ratchet wheels 1, membrane cloths 2, pawls 3, membrane shafts 4, tensioning handle insertion holes 5, membrane shaft heads 6, nail welding holes 7, membrane cloth connecting shaft pieces 8, locking holes 9 and block structure bodies 10, wherein the block structure bodies 10 are mutually connected by the membrane shafts 4 through the membrane shaft heads 6 arranged on the block structure bodies 10 to form a combined model of a structure; the end parts of the membrane shafts 4 of ratchet membrane structures adopted by the connecting block structure bodies 10 are mounted and connected to the ratchet wheels 1, the pawls 3 for anti-backup are mounted on the block structure bodies 10 at the upper parts of the membrane shaft heads 6 through pin shafts, and the block structure and ratchet wheel membrane structure combined building is formed by maintenance and internal division after block structures and ratchet membrane structures are combined; and therefore, the novel building structure disclosed by the invention can be formed by combining the block structures and the ratchetmembrane structures according to any requirement to be applied to buildings, and is particularly suitable for being applied to steel structure buildings and steel concrete structure buildings.
