The invention relates to an automatic concrete leveling method and an intelligent leveling robot adopting the same. The method comprises the following steps that the concrete slump in a concrete container is detected, and the concrete with the slump in a preset range is directly poured onto a construction ground if the concrete slump is detected to be in the preset range; and if the concrete slumpis not in the preset range, the concrete slump is adjusted to be in the preset range according to the concrete slump detection result, then the concrete with the slump in the preset range is poured to the construction ground, after pouring is completed, the leveling robot adjusts the leveling pressure and the leveling speed according to the concrete slump, and optimal leveling is achieved.
本发明涉及一种混凝土自动整平方法及采用其的智能整平机器人,通过检测混凝土容器中的混凝土坍落度,若检测到混凝土坍落度在预设范围内,则直接将坍落度在预设范围内的混凝土浇筑到施工地面上;若不在预设范围内,则根据混凝土坍落度检测结果调节混凝土坍落度使其在预设范围内,再将坍落度在预设范围内的混凝土浇筑到施工地面上,浇筑完成后整平机器人根据混凝土坍落度调节整平压力和整平速度,实现最佳整平。
