The invention provides a method for extracting manganese and preparing high-acidity coefficient slag liquid by hardening and tempering silicomanganese slag through a high-temperature reduction method.The method comprises the following steps that a reducing agent is laid at the bottom of a hardening and tempering furnace, the silicomanganese slag is added into the hardening and tempering furnace,and the reducing agent and the silicomanganese slag are enabled to be in full contact with each other, wherein the temperature in the hardening and tempering furnace is kept at 1450-1600 DEG C, and heat preservation is carried out for 3-6 hours; and a first discharging opening is formed in the bottom of the hardening and tempering furnace, a second discharging opening is formed in the side wall ofthe hardening and tempering furnace, and the height of the second discharging opening is larger than that of the first discharging opening, wherein the first discharging opening is used for discharging reduced manganese liquid, and the second discharging opening is used for discharging light slag liquid. According to the method, the alloy slag is recycled, the manganese element in the slag liquidis extracted and separated, the extracted and reduced manganese can be reused as a high-manganese material, and meanwhile, after the manganese is extracted and separated, the acidity coefficient of the remaining slag liquid is greatly increased, and the slag liquid can be directly used for producing mineral wool, so that the two purposes are achieved at a time.
本发明提出的一种高温还原法调质硅锰渣提锰并制备高酸度系数渣液的方法,在调质炉的底部铺放还原剂,将硅锰渣加入至上述调质炉内,使二者充分接触,保持调质炉内的温度为1450℃‑1600℃,保温3‑6小时,在调质炉的底部开设第一排出口,在调质炉的侧壁上开设第二排出口,第二排出口的高度高于第一排出口的高度,第一排出口用于排出被还原后的锰液,第二排出口用于排出轻质渣液,本发明中,不仅实现了对合金渣的重复利用,而且实现了渣液中锰元素的提取和分离,提取后的被还原的锰可以作为高锰材料重复使用,同时,锰被提取分离之后,剩余的渣液的酸度系数大幅度提高,可以直接用于矿棉的生产,一举两得。
