The invention relates to a process for producing road aggregate products by high-temperature hardening and tempering of converter slag, which comprises the following steps of: adding a hardening and tempering agent into high-temperature molten converter slag through a spray pipe to realize high-efficiency uniform mixing of the hardening and tempering agent and the high-temperature molten converter slag by utilizing the high-temperature characteristic of the converter slag during deslagging and the existing rapid cooling and granulating treatment process of molten slag, and melting hardening and tempering agent particles by utilizing huge latent heat of the molten converter slag; the content of f-CaO in the quenched and tempered converter slag is less than 2%, the relative grindability index is improved by 14%, the comprehensive performance is superior to that of natural stone, the quenched and tempered converter slag can be used as a high-quality substitute of the natural stone and used for road construction on a large scale, the economic added value of the converter slag is improved, and the economic value of the converter slag is increased. Solid waste generated in the converter slag recovery process is reduced, the effect of protecting the environment is achieved, the overall preparation process cost is low, and economic benefits are good.
一种转炉钢渣高温调质生产路用骨料制品的工艺,利用转炉渣出渣时的高温特性和现有熔渣快冷粒化处理工艺,通过喷管将调质剂加入高温熔融的转炉渣实现两者的高效混匀,利用熔融转炉渣巨大的潜热将调质剂颗粒熔化,实现调质剂与转炉渣的调质反应,经过调质后的转炉渣中f‑CaO含量小于2%,相对易磨性指数提高了14%,综合性能优于天然石料,可以作为天然石料的优质替代品,大规模用于道路建设,提高转炉渣的经济附加值,减少转炉渣回收过程中固废的产生,起到保护环境的作用,整体制备工艺成本低,经济效益好。
